Our philosophy

To produce our handmade products, we only use selected raw materials, fresh and of the best quality. We do not use artificial additives as preservatives, flavor enhancers or thickeners. The chilis are grown in our garden and only compost or organic fertilizer is used on our plants. We generally do not use products that come from living animals! Therefore, many of our products are suitable for vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free diets. You can find more detailed information on the individual products. In addition, our products should not just be spicy, but also give a dish a special touch.

About Us


We have been growing chilis in our garden since 2012. Initially to enhance our own cooking skills with the desired spiciness. In the first year we had an amazingly good harvest that needed to be preserved. Since we are big fans of chili sauces, the idea was born to try our hand at making them. We soon had an initial range of five sauces that we liked to bring as gifts to friends and acquaintances. We received consistently positive feedback. This motivated us to develop and test more recipes. In the meantime, we have removed sauces from the range and added others. Since 2017, the range of flavors has been set at 15 sauces, from low to extreme spiciness.
Since 2017, we have been allowed to sell Chilma sauces at local markets. Our test market was the Siegelsberg Christmas market in 2017 and 2018. Here, too, we enjoyed demand, especially from those customers who had already had the “Chilma experience” the previous year.

In 2019 we will be offering our sauces at some markets in the region.
